VILLA looks to provide the best in retail experience for their customers, and providing a designated space for each brand is a direct way of telling the story of that brand. Designed store layout, selected furniture as well as created brand graphics in line with Jordan Brand oversight.

I was challenged with value engineering the store design for VILLA, with a goal of reducing store opening costs via new modular fixturing, creating evergreen artwork and seasonal merchandise campaign areas that could be produced affordably. Store opening costs were reduced by nearly $200k.
